1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered through the PokeTrading webshop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

3. Products & Pricing
All prices listed are in Euros (€) and include VAT (unless stated otherwise). We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct errors, and update product information at any time without notice.
4. Ordering & Payment
Orders are final once payment has been completed. Payment options may include iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, and other secure methods provided during checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery time may vary based on location. Tracking information will be provided where applicable. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The product must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
7. Condition & Graded Cards
Single cards and graded items are sold as described. All grades from third-party grading companies (e.g. CGC, PSA) are final and not subject to return or dispute based on grading opinion.
8. Liability
PokeTrading is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
9. Privacy

10. Disputes & Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
