We ship all orders securely and as quickly as possible to ensure your cards arrive safely.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Options

We currently ship to:

  • 🇳🇱 The Netherlands

  • 🇪🇺 Most EU countries

  • Select international destinations

Shipping is handled via PostNL, DHL, or DPD, depending on your location and selected service.

Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands: Flat rate €4.99

  • EU: Starting from €9.95

  • Free shipping on orders over €75

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • Outside EU: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on customs)

Lost or Damaged Packages

We carefully package all orders, but if your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@poketrading.nl with photos.

If you choose tracked or insured shipping, you may be eligible for compensation via the carrier. PokeTrading is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers, but we’re happy to assist you in resolving any issues.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any import fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.
