We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have the right to return your order.
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in unused and original condition

Cards must be unopened, ungraded, or untampered

How to Return an Item

Email us with your order number and reason (optional)

You'll receive instructions and a return address

Ship the item securely, preferably with tracking
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days

The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or tampered card packs

Digital code cards (if redeemed)

Custom or made-to-order items

Graded cards (unless damaged during shipping)
Item Arrived Damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll work with you on a solution or replacement.
